Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Aura Dispatch services provided by Dispatch AI Inc. ("Aura Dispatch", "we"). By using the services you agree to them.

1. Definitions

"Load" means any shipment, freight, or transportation service booked, dispatched, or managed through the services.

"Gross Revenue" means the total amount payable by the shipper, broker, or other counterparty for a Load, including line-haul charges, fuel surcharges, detention, accessorials, and other load-related payments, before deductions.

"Revenue Share" means the 5% fee charged by Aura Dispatch on Gross Revenue per Load.

2. Fees

Aura Dispatch charges the Revenue Share on each Load booked through the services. There are no monthly or setup fees unless agreed in writing.
